Cruising Gives your Company or Association exceptional value.

It's a proven fact, cruising really does give you the best value for your money. Besides the more then seven million people who have chosen a cruise for their vacation, many corporations and associations have started to use cruise ships for a variety of functions and activities.

The cruise industry delivers consistent, unparalleled customer satisfaction for both leisure and corporate clientele. More then 40 cruise lines with over 150 ships are available for ship charters. In addition to the most recent new building projects of Princess, Royal Caribbean, Holland America, Celebrity, Carnival, NCL and Disney Cruise Line's two vessels, most of the major players will have additional tonnage added to their fleets in the coming years. Total cost of these new projects is in the billions of dollars.

When you choose to have your convention, meeting, seminar or incentive & motivation groups on board a cruise ship, the net rate of your charter is all inclusive. All accommodations, shipboard facilities, the marvelous food, both day and night activities, festive and casual parties, Broadway shows and Las Vegas style cabaret and Big Band or Disco Dancing. If your charter is work-intensive (such as training and work shop sessions), you may decide how many activities will take place according to your schedule.

Although some of these floating resorts are indeed very different in such aspects a size, quality, product delivery, area of cruise operations and charter rates; they all have great competitive advantages over land based hotels - value for money and at the same time they will bring you to some of the world's most exciting destinations or even a customized itinerary of your choice.

In addition to providing you with critical advice as to the ship's overall suitability for your particular function and event, we will work with you on many other important aspects such as:

 Accommodations
 Arrangements for those with disabilities
 Dining room arrangements
Food offerings or special diet requirements
 Internet and Fax capabilities
 Pier facilities
 Pool/Health Club facilities
 Public and meeting rooms

Obviously, above represents only a fraction of important details we will bring to your attention during the planning process. To keep in mind, for functions with International attendees, on the majority of cruise ships all officers, staff and crew are multi lingual; a great advantage.

"We know the ships"!
Let us assist you in ensuring your next event achieves the success it deserves.

Besides the regular cruise program and standard shore and tour packages cruise lines offer, CCPI is pleased to offer such customized arrangements as:

  • Celebrity entertainment

  • Children's programs

  • Golfing at famous golf courses

  • Motivational and enrichment lectures

  • Special Culinary Requests

  • Educational and historical tours

  • Wine and culinary cruises

  • Lifestyle and special interest programs

  •    (by notable experts from finance, sports, music and art)

FULL - PARTIAL - JOINT - TIMESHARE SHIP CHARTERS

Be aware that your company or association doesn't have to charter an entire ship. Partial charters are very popular with smaller groups. One of CCPI' distinctive arrangements will help you to put together "joint or timeshare" ship charters, possibly creating the most economical and convenient arrangement for you.
